NSGL has implemented the following refund policy.  If you would like to request a refund, please read the information below.

Refund requests must be made in writing to nsgllax@gmail.com before the following deadlines:

• Grades K-2: Before March 1.
• Grades 3-8: Before January 15.

These dates take into account the deadlines by which NSGL needs to register and pay for teams, purchase insurance for players, and plan for a spring season. 

Refund requests received after these dates will not be honored. 

If a player becomes injured before the season and the player will not be cleared to return to play by the first game, the player can request a refund. In order to be considered for a refund, a written doctor’s report must be submitted. NSGL, in its sole discretion, will review requests for refunds for season ending injury or family relocation. NSGL may also review requests for refunds for other extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion. All refund requests must be made in writing to NSGL. All requests must have verifiable evidence of injury, relocation or other extraordinary circumstance. If a refund is granted, it will be a pro rata portion of the unused fee, minus insurance and other fees. No refund requests will be considered past May 15th of the current season.
