Equipment Requirements

Players in grades K-8 are required to wear:

• Mouthguard which fully covers the upper jaw teeth; it must be colored - no clear mouthguards. Note: mouthguards cannot be physically tethered to the eyewear.
• Eye protection which meets the most current ASTM specifications. Click here for a complete list of approved eyewear. (Check out this link for goggles to use with eyeglasses.)
• Closefitting gloves and ASTM-approved headgear are optional.
• NO JEWELRY OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED.

The Field Stick:

• While minimum length is 35.5", we would suggest using the following method to determine appropriate stick length for your daughter: Video for determining appropriate stick length. Appropriate stick length is critical for the developing player.
• Making sure the pocket of the stick is "broken in" is important for creating a more successful experience for your daughter.
